Testament
A testament requires gathering appropriate documents confirming the right to inheritance.
Required documents and information
- Personal data of the person appointed to inherit or disinherited (first names, last name, parents' names, current residential address, date and place of birth)
- If the testament is to include disinheritance - reasons for disinheritance
- If the testament is to include a vindication legacy - detailed information about the subject of the legacy (in case of real estate: land and mortgage register number or notarial deed serving as the basis for property acquisition)
In most cases, you can obtain documents for the notarial deed by submitting an application online.
