A donation agreement is the free transfer of ownership of property or rights to a donee who agrees to accept them.

- Basis for acquisition, i.e., the deed of property acquisition (e.g., excerpt from a notarial deed such as a sale agreement, donation, agreement establishing separate ownership of premises, valid court decision confirming inheritance acquisition, or registered inheritance certificate, etc.)
- Land and mortgage register number
